We ship orders to any part of the world. Depending on the place of delivery, the following shipping cost is added: Portugal €5,90 Europe €14.90. Outside Europe, you need to send us an email to email@example.com to confirm with us the costs. These prices are fixed and do not depend on the number of articles ordered.
Please note that shipments to international destinations may be subject to customs duties or import charges that differ from country to country and whose value we can not predict. You should contact local authorities for more information.
Orders are always sent in registered mail, which requires a signature on delivery. We recommend that you indicate an address where someone can do it.

We hope that you have loved your order, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason, we accept exchanges and returns as long as requested through the firstname.lastname@example.org email and within 3 days after you received your order.
The part (s) must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with the reason for the return.
To avoid loss, exchanges and returns must be sent by registered mail to the following address: Rua Neves Anacleto, nº 12 R/C Esq, 8100-231 Loulé.
Mail charges are the responsibility of the customer and we do not accept charges for collection.
If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the processing of the order, the postage value will be returned.
If a refund occurs, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made and all return conditions for the product are verified.
